REST API for the Liechtenstein company register
Profiles by FL number and name search as JSON — the same data as the profile pages, with a key and a monthly allowance. The API plan includes 25,000 requests a month.
Access
The API comes with the API plan (CHF 149 a month, 25,000 requests). Create keys in your account under "API". Every request carries the key in a header:

Responses are JSON. 401 = key missing or revoked; 402 = the plan does not include the API or the monthly allowance is used up (with a link to the plans); 404 = not found. Each request counts one unit; the allowance is per calendar month (UTC).

The full profile as the profile page shows it: name, legal form, status, seat and address, purpose, capital, former names, LEI, officers with function and signing authority, FMA authorisations, gazette notices and sources. The number is recognised with or without check digit and dots.
Search
GET https://overit.li/api/v1/search?q=bank
Up to 40 matches by name (including former names) or FL number, each with slug, name, registerNumber, legalFormCode, kind, status, seat, website and url.
Limits
The API returns what the public sources published — no dates of birth, home addresses or identity documents, and no beneficial owners. Overit is not the official register.
