Withdrawal and refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded, i.e. the first payment for a plan.

Send a clear statement to Verde Holding Kft., office@verdeholding.hu — for example: "I hereby withdraw from my contract for the … plan on overit.li." No form is needed.

Effects of withdrawal

We refund all payments under the contract without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the payment method you used. The subscription ends with the withdrawal; the account continues for free.

We charge nothing for the time already used.

Cancellation after the period

After 14 days you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid month (billing management in your account). Months already paid are not refunded pro rata.

Double charges or technical errors are of course refunded; write to office@verdeholding.hu.
