The official, certified statement of what the register holds about an entity.
FL number (register number)
The unique identifier of a registered entity, written FL-0002.625.901-4.
Electronic Official Gazette
The Principality's official publication organ, where every register change is announced.
FMA authorisation
The Financial Market Authority's permission to carry on a supervised financial activity.
Signing authority
Who can bind the entity — alone, jointly, or not at all.
Registered seat
The municipality where an entity is legally established — not necessarily where anyone works.
LEI (Legal Entity Identifier)
A globally unique 20-character identifier for entities active in financial markets.
Register of beneficial owners (VwbP)
The beneficial-ownership register — not publicly accessible, and not published here.
Deletion from the register
The end of an entity's registered existence, ordinarily after liquidation is complete.
