Terms of service

1. Provider

overit.li is operated by Verde Holding Kft., Hungary ("we"). Contact: office@verdeholding.hu. These terms apply to accounts and subscriptions on overit.li.

2. Service

We provide publicly available Liechtenstein register data (commercial-register notices in the Official Gazette, the FMA register, GLEIF). Search and profiles are free without an account.

An account lets you watch entities and be emailed when the gazette publishes about them. Paid plans enlarge the watchlist and add CSV export and the REST API, each with the monthly allowances stated on the pricing page.

Overit is not the official register. Only the Office of Justice's register extract is authoritative. We do not warrant that the sources are complete or current.

3. Prices and payment

Plans per month: Start CHF 19, Business CHF 59, API CHF 149. Prices are final prices in Swiss francs, including any VAT.

Payment is in advance by card through Stripe and renews monthly until you cancel. We issue an invoice for every payment.

4. Term and cancellation

You can cancel at any time in billing management, effective at the end of the paid month. The account then continues on the free plan; your data is kept.

Allowances apply per calendar month (UTC) and lapse at month end. A plan change applies immediately; Stripe prorates the difference.

5. Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving reasons and receive a full refund. See the withdrawal policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

The API and exports are for your own business purposes. Reselling the data as a register product of your own, circumventing allowances (for example with several accounts) and scraping the web pages instead of using the API are not allowed.

Personal data within the register data may only be used as data-protection law permits.

7. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding twelve months, as far as the law allows.

8. Changes

We announce changes to these terms or prices by email at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before they apply.

9. Law

Hungarian law applies. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence are unaffected.
