What we process
We show public register data; we process personal data only so far as the official sources published it — name, function and signing authority, never dates of birth, home addresses or identity-document data. Plus server logs and, after consent, analytics.
Accounts
If you create an account: email address, password (only as a scrypt hash), language, where the signup came from, watchlist, usage counters and API keys (only as hashes). Internet addresses are never stored in the clear, only as a keyed hash — for abuse protection and the new-sign-in warning. The legal basis is the contract. Data is kept until you delete the account; export and deletion are available in the account at any time.
Payments and invoices
Payments are processed by Stripe; card data never reaches us. For every payment Verde Holding Kft. issues a Hungarian invoice through bizonylat.hu, reported to the Hungarian tax authority (NAV), which requires your name, billing address and tax number if given. Invoices are kept as long as Hungarian law requires (8 years), including after an account is deleted.
Email and operations
Account emails (welcome, password, subscription, watchlist) are sent through Resend. Every email that is not strictly necessary has one-click unsubscribe. Operational notices to our own team never contain passwords or card data, and email addresses only shortened.
Register data
Public register data comes from the Amt für Justiz (Handelsregister), from the Financial Market Authority and from the electronic Official Gazette. Overit is not the official register.
Cookies and measurement
Cookies: essential ones for language and appearance. Cookie-based analytics (Google Analytics) only with consent. Separately, a cookieless traffic count by Verde Holding runs on every page; it sets no cookies and stores no full IP address, so it does not require consent.
