Electronic Official Gazette
The Principality's official publication organ, where every register change is announced.
The electronic Official Gazette is the government's publication organ. Register entries, changes, liquidations and deletions are announced there, as is the filing of annual accounts.
A notice carries two dates that must not be conflated: the day of publication and the day the underlying legal fact took effect. They are routinely weeks apart, and this register keeps them apart.
The Gazette's feeds cover a rolling window of roughly three weeks. Anything older is no longer there — which is why the event history on these pages is incomplete for older matters, and says so.
