The official record of Liechtenstein legal entities, kept by the Office of Justice.
The commercial register of the Principality of Liechtenstein is kept by the Office of Justice. It records a legal entity's name, form, seat, purpose, capital, its organs and their signing authority, and every later change to any of them.
Every entry and every change is announced in the electronic Official Gazette. The Gazette is therefore the running, publicly accessible trace of what happens in the register — and the source this site draws its events from.
Overit is not the commercial register. We show what was officially published, naming the authority on every line. Only the Office of Justice gives binding information.
