Signing authority
Who can bind the entity — alone, jointly, or not at all.
The commercial register records not only who holds an office but how they sign: individually, jointly with one other, or without signing authority.
It is the most practically important line on a profile page. A board member without signing authority cannot bind the company, and a contract signed separately by two people who may only sign jointly does not bind it either.
