Deletion from the register

The end of an entity's registered existence, ordinarily after liquidation is complete.

An entity is deleted when its liquidation is complete or the law requires deletion. The deletion is announced in the Official Gazette.

Deleted entities do not disappear from this site. They keep their profile page and are marked as deleted — that a company once existed remains a fact — while the directories and counts exclude them so the numbers describe what exists today.
